to get along with, highly organized, and has gained respect for her ability to

| Allison first began being
interested in special events during her undergraduate degree at Saint Mary's University.
Allison majored in theater, focusing on stage management and enjoyed coordinating
her crew and actors to put on stellar performances. What she loved the most about
working in theater was the relationship she formed with her actors. |
|

Taking care of their needs, listening to their frustrations and finding solutions,
making sure they had everything they needed and the smiles on their faces during
their curtain calls; it was an incredibly rewarding bond she felt with all of
them. Similar to coordinating a theatre production, Allison helps to orchestrate
and manage flawless wedding days! She loves working with brides and helping them
be the stars during their special day, making sure they have everything they need
and seeing their happiness throughout every second of the event. |

| Maria enjoyed planning her wedding
so much, that she thought she would dabble in helping others plan their own. There
are many details involved in making an event special, and having the organizational
skills and creative drive to do so is a strength of Maria's. Maria has been with
SPM for a little over a year and has served as an assistant to Melissa, as well
as coordinating events on her own. |
